KUNMING, China, Aug. 28 (Xinhua) -- Team China topped the medal table as the Women's 3000m relay added a gold on the final day of the 2019 Asian Open Short Track Speed Skating Trophy here on Wednesday.
The Chinese team won the gold in the Women's 3000m relay with a time of 4:30.147.
China ended the Championships with 22 golds, 16 silver and 12 bronze, maintaining dominance throughout the 2-day competition.
In addition to the home squad, athletes from Hong Kong of China, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Chinese Taipei participated in the various events held at the championships.
First held in 1990, the Asian Open Short Track Speed Skating Trophy is an established Asia Skating Union event.
