Started in early February, the Chinese language classes at Wits University have attracted over 60 South African students to join the learning.

The program was jointly opened by the University of Johannesburg Confucius Institute and Wits University Chinese Students and Scholars Society. The classes are scheduled every Thursday and Saturday, with the first semester going to end in the middle of May this year. The second semester will last from July till October.
