BEIJING, April 28 (Xinhua) -- Chinese stocks closed mixed on Tuesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.19 percent, at 2,810.02 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index closed 0.47 percent higher at 10,501.15 points.
