BEIJING, July 27 (Xinhua) -- China's major stock indices ended higher in the morning session Monday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 0.09 percent at 3,199.67 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index rose 0.22 percent to end at 12,964.63 points at midday.
