Minor fluctuations in the price of electricity, gas and other fuels made a contribution to the slight drop, while food prices continued to have a positive impact on inflation.

Statistics Denmark also found that the core inflation rate, excluding energy and unprocessed food, remained unchanged in September compared to August.
