Mainland pro-growth measures apply to eligible Taiwan enterprises

BEIJING, June 15 (Xinhua) -- Eligible Taiwan region enterprises can benefit from measures recently issued by the State Council to further stabilize the economy, a Chinese mainland spokesperson said on Wednesday.

Multiple provincial-level regions have introduced supporting and detailed measures in this regard, said Ma Xiaoguang, a spokesperson for the State Council Taiwan Affairs Office.

The Association of Taiwan Investment Enterprises on the Mainland has collected major favorable policies adopted by the State Council and related government departments over the past few years, Ma added.

Noting the progress that has been made in helping Taiwan enterprises overcome difficulties and resume operations, Ma said more efforts will be made to aid their stable development.
