The Fortune Global Tech Forum, formerly known as the Fortune Brainstorm Tech International, will convene world leaders in the innovation economy on Nov 29-30 in Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong Province, according to the conference organizers.

With a theme of "Innovation in the Age of AI", the forum will explore the innovation revolution unfolding in China, bringing together some of the country’s most promising startups and providing insights into fast-moving trends, according to Alan Murray, editor-in-chief of Fortune magazine.

The second annual Fortune China Innovation awards, a competition between high-potential startup companies in a variety of fields, will also be held during the forum.

GAC Group, one of the leading automotive manufacturers based in Guangzhou, has become a chief cooperative partner of the forum, providing official cars during the forum.

Zeng Qinghong, chairman of GAC Group, will join discussions during the forum with business leaders from the sectors of AI, social media, biochemical, financial tech, virtual reality, smart connected automotive and the sharing economy.
