GCC terminates anti-dumping investigation into China's steel products: MOFCOM

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has made a final decision on the anti-dumping case against China's seamless iron pipe and steel pipe products, deciding to terminate the investigation and not to levy taxes, the GCC Bureau of Technical Secretariat of Anti Injurious Practices in International Trade said in an announcement on November 1, according to an announcement on the website of China’s Ministry of Commerce.

On April 25, 2017, the Bureau issued an announcement to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on seamless steel pipe products imported from China for oil and gas exploration and transportation with an outer radius of not more than 16 inches.

The tax numbers of the products involved in the case are 73041900 and 73504900.
