Chinese telecoms company Huawei is taking HSBC bank to court in the UK as it tries to prevent the extradition of its chief financial officer Meng Wanzhou from Canada to the US, UK media reported.

The telecoms giant is seeking an application to access records from inside HSBC in a bid to prove that Meng did not mislead the bank as claimed by the US.
