According to the Notice on Establishing the Exit Mechanism of the Automobile Industry issued by MIIT in 2012, MIIT would issue special notices for a period of two years for automobile and motorcycle enterprises which cannot maintain normal production and operation, aiming to ask them to rectify themselves and meet the access conditions as soon as possible.
At present, MIIT has issued three lists of special notices of vehicle manufacturers in 2013, 2015 and 2018, and the list of special energy vehicle manufacturers has been released for the first time.
