It's the latest speed bump to hit Tesla. The company boss Elon Musk tweeted the electric carmaker has gone "from production hell to delivery logistics hell". It was in response to a customer complaint on Sunday (September 16). Tesla's ability to deliver on production targets has weighed on its stock in the past, it previously failed to meet the deadline for its Model 3 sedans.
