The plans and guidelines for the sci-tech innovation board are approaching the end of public consultation, Yi Huiman, chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) said on Wednesday.

Total financing via the Chinese capital markets stood at 7.1 trillion yuan ($1.06 trillion) in 2018, CSRC said in a press conference.
