Shanghai crude oil futures open lower

SHANGHAI, June 3 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures opened lower Monday on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange.

The most active crude oil contract for July delivery was down 32.4 yuan ($about 4.7) to open at 429.6 yuan a barrel.

China launched the crude oil futures trading, which is open to overseas investors, in March 2018.
