BEIJING, Aug. 5 (Xinhua) - Chinese telecom equipment maker ZTE Corp. on Monday began the selling of 5G smartphones, the first 5G phone model that hit the market in China, the company said on its official Wechat account.

In late July, the company launched the presale of the ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G at the price of 4,999 yuan (about 722 U.S. dollars).
