Spring is the best time to visit when the peaches blossom in the mountains and the annual spring flood starts. Spring flood is also known as the “peach blossom flood” as peach trees on the banks are in full blossom.
As the icy Yellow River in the upper stream is thawing due to warm weather, the Hukou Waterfall enters the spring flood season. The stream flows increasingly and forms spectacular waterfalls, attracting a lot of visitors.
Tourists enjoyed the “Peach Blossom Flood” in the Hukou Waterfall of the Yellow River in Ji County, Linfen, Shanxi Province on March 30.
