Eleven Chinese COVID-19 vaccines have entered the clinical trial phase, four of them are in phase-3, Beijing News reported on Friday, citing Wang Zhigang, minister of science and technology at a health forum in Beijing.

Wang said that China has developed nucleic acid test, antibody test kit and matching equipment within a short time and they are able to satisfy the needs for testing in different situations, adding five researches are conducted at the same time, including inactivated vaccine, adenoviral vector vaccine, recombinant protein vaccine, nucleic acid vaccine and attenuated influenza vaccine.
