Fifteen people involved in an illegal vaccine production case involving Changchun Changsheng Life Sciences Limited have been detained, according to local authorities on Tuesday.

The group, including Chairwoman Gao Moufang, was detained by the Changchun New District Public Security Bureau. An investigation is underway, the police statement said.
