Two Chinese citizens who were kidnapped in Nigeria's Ebonyi State were safely rescued on Saturday local time, according to China's consulate-general in Lagos.

The two Chinese citizens were kidnapped by armed men Wednesday afternoon when they were working at a local construction site. They are now in good condition.
