A passenger ship with over 970 onboard collides with a cargo ship early Thursday morning in waters off south China's Guangdong Province. 

Three were rescued and two missing after the cargo ship was capsized following the collision while all on the passenger ship are safe. 

The search operation and probe to determine the cause of accident are still underway.
