A fire broke out at around 14:20 on Saturday at Tianhe Building on Dieshan Road in Nanchang, capital of east China’s Jiangxi Province. The open fire has been put out by 14:50 and 35 people have been evacuated without causalities.

It’s reported that a garbage pipe between the 14th and 15th floor caught fire and further investigation is underway to detail the cause of the fire.

An on-site video shows large flames and black smoke billowing from the building surrounded by many residential buildings. Staff members from Dangjiaxiang Community in Nanchang said that they arrived at the scene to evacuate people immediately.
