5.6-magnitude quake hits SW China's Yunnan: CENC

BEIJING, May 21 (Xinhua) -- A 5.6-magnitude earthquake jolted Yangbi Yi Autonomous County in southwest China's Yunnan Province at 9:21 p.m. (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).

The epicenter was monitored at 25.63 degrees north latitude and 99.92 degrees east longitude, at a depth of 10 km, the center said.
