The list of the medical institutions and their numbers can be found on the health commission's WeChat official account "Health Beijing." Besides reserving by phone, Beijing residents can also make appointments via Beijing's hospital appointment and registration platform (114 platform), Jingyitong Platform, as well as the apps and official WeChat accounts of those medical institutions.

The health commission said the testing reservation is for people who have no epidemiological histories or symptoms such as fever. In cases of fever, cough, sore throat, and other symptoms, people should instead visit the fever clinic. The public is advised to make appointments as needed, avoid peak hours, wear masks, and avoid crowds to prevent cross infection. Hospital visitors are required to bring ID cards and social security cards, cooperate with the pre-examination and triage work, scan the health code and report personal health status truthfully. They should wear masks and obey the one-meter social distancing rule while at the hospital.
