China's Ministry of Transport announced on Saturday that all car hailing and ride sharing services that allow people to leave Wuhan City and Hubei Province, the epicenter of COVID-19, will be suspended.

In order to carry out the government's traffic control measures, car hailing companies are required to suspend the kind of services that allow people to leave Wuhan or Hubei Province in accordance with Hubei Province's relevant regulations on prevention and control of COVID-19, in order to prevent the epidemic from spreading. 

All car hailing and ride sharing services that allow people to leave or enter Beijing will also be suspended. In order to prevent the epidemic from spreading into Beijing through these kind of services, car hailing companies are required to follow relevant regulations, thus contributing to the epidemic prevention and control work in the capital city.
