Beijng(People's Daily) - He Jian, one of China's most wanted fugitives on Interpol ''red notice'' list, returned to China and turned himself in to police on November 7 with the joint efforts of related anti-corruption departments.

He is the first of the Chinese fugitives who has surrendered himself to police after 19th CPC National Congress. With He's return, a total of 49 fugitives from the list have come back to China. 

He Jian is the former president of Fang Da Housing Development Co., Ltd at Qihuangdao Port.
