To avoid infections caused by crowds, he urged hospitals to implement a series of measures including health code identification, temperature checks, and real-name appointments. He stressed that the safety of physical examination personnel and medical staff should be ensured by having everyone wear masks during the whole process.
In addition, medical institutions are encouraged to cooperate with medical laboratories to provide new coronavirus nucleic acid testing for citizens in need.
