The Canal Business District of the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center has added a new landmark with the recently completed ArtPark9 Twin Towers.

The 200-meter high twin towers will further attract enterprises to move into Tongzhou district, supporting the development of wealth management, green finance, and other new industries in the business district of the sub-center.

The towers feature great architectural aesthetics and are decorated with dynamic lighting effects. The top of the new landmark will change colors during festivals.

To deliver a better view of the grand canal to tourists, a viewing platform has also been added at the top of the building.

In addition to having great aesthetic values, the new landmark utilizes space in a scientific manner. By placing air conditioning rooms and other equipment on a specialized floor, it has greatly reduced noise and increased the utilization rate of space to 72%.

The towers are also Beijing's first transportation integration center, connecting subways, ring tunnels, underground commercial space, and ground transportation. The elevators of the ArtPark9 complex provide direct access to multiple subway lines for visitors.
