Beijing would strive to build a hub of international talent in 2019 by broadening the channels for recruitment to a global scale, attracting a group of strategic scientific and technological talents, and promoting a community mainly for globally qualified professionals, said Chen at the second session of the 15th Beijing Municipal People's Congress.

According to the report, Beijing will also try attract world-leading experts to help realize breakthroughs in core technologies and industries.
