Belarus and China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) will waive visas and start visa-free regime on February 13, 2018, the Belarusian Foreign Ministry spokesman Dmitry Mironchik told the media on Thursday.

According to the document, the Belarusians and the Chinese citizens living in Hong Kong will be allowed to enter, leave, remain within, or transit through Hong Kong and Belarus, respectively, without visas for the period of up to 14 days.

Experts said that the visa waiver between Belarus and Hong Kong will greatly promote business and tourism of both Belarus and the city of Hong Kong.
