While the TRB Forbidden City, nominated one of Beijing's best restaurants by CNN, is adept at contemporary European cuisine, Rebelle’s international cuisine is focused on natural and robust flavors balanced by the delicate finesse behind each dish’s creation and presentation.
Seeking out fresh, local produce and high-quality ingredients, Chef Martijn will aim to bring quality to the table with mindful dishes that are innovative and thoughtful.
