All the staff who might have had close contact with the chicken all tested negative for the coronavirus and are now under health observation.

The unsold frozen products in the city which are related to the coronavirus-positive ones have been sealed up and tested negative for the virus. The sold portions are being recalled and traced, which will be followed by further disposal by related institutions.

The outer packages and the storage environment of the batch of chicken wings has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

Related departments in Shenzhen will continue to trace and test frozen products.

The government warns citizens to be more cautious when buying imported frozen products and to step up personal protection against the virus.
