“The civil aviation administration of China (CAAC) has seen a higher demand among overseas Chinese citizens for flights returning to China,” said Jin Junhao, spokesperson of the CAAC. “While strictly following the epidemic prevention guidelines issued by the State Council, CAAC will launch major air transport guarantee mechanisms, and run temporary overtime and charter flights in a timely way for destination cities that are capable of managing the inflow of international travelers.”
