The exhibit is divided into two parts: “Vision and Deployment” and “Action and Experience”, and more than 40 photos are displayed. The photos showcase China's implementation of the development agenda through measures such as the establishment of a national independent innovation demonstration zone and the achievement of sustainable development goals under the vision of innovation, coordination, green, openness and common development. The exhibit will end on September 28.

The United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development provides a blueprint for international development cooperation, and its implementation is a shared responsibility of the international community. As the world's largest developing country that always regards development as its top priority, China has integrated the implementation of the 2030 Agenda into its long-term national development strategy and formulated a national implementation plan. During this period, China has been actively promoting international development cooperation, especially South-South cooperation, helping other developing countries achieve the 2030 Agenda and making important contributions to the common development of all countries.

“China is guided by the concept of innovation, coordination, green, openness and shared development, and strives to solve the problem of insufficient development imbalance and vigorously improve the quality and efficiency of development. Meanwhile, inadequate development imbalances are also a common problem facing all countries in the world,” Ambassador Ma Zhaoxu, China’s  Permanent Representative to the UN, said in a previous interview.

Ma said China promotes the “One Belt and One Road” and actively participates in international development cooperation, provides China's solutions for the implementation of the 2030 sustainable development agenda and contributes to China's strength. The establishment of the China-United Nations Peace and Development Fund is a strong push to implement the sustainable development goals.

Ma also said that China is willing to work with all countries to promote international development cooperation, optimize development partnerships, improve the international development environment, properly cope with the imbalanced underdevelopment, and build a community with a shared future for humankind.
