HARBIN, April 28 (Xinhua) -- China's Heilongjiang Province reported three new locally-transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases and no new imported confirmed cases Monday, the provincial health commission said Tuesday.
On Monday, the province saw one new asymptomatic case.
By Monday, the province had reported a total of 553 locally-transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases and 386 imported cases.
The province had a total of 10 imported asymptomatic cases by Monday.
