SHIJIAZHUANG, Jan. 30 (Xinhua) - Shijiazhuang, capital of north China's Hebei Province, reported no new locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases in the first 14 hours of Saturday, said local authorities.

No asymptomatic cases occurred in the period, said Shijiazhuang's Vice Mayor Meng Xianghong at a press conference.

By 2 p.m. on Saturday, the city had reported 863 confirmed cases since Jan. 2, 376 of whom had left hospitals after recovery.
