All departments and relevant enterprises in various regions should put every effort into the prevention and control of the epidemic after the Spring Festival and the resumption of work, to ensure the safety of people's lives and physical health.

They are required to overcome difficulties and problems during the resumption of production in order to restore normal production as soon as possible, provide adequate material support for epidemic prevention and control, and strong support for overall economic and social stability.
