China-Singapore relations enjoy a good momentum of development, Chinese Vice Premier Liu He said on Thursday, hailing how the all-round cooperative partnership has  progressed.

Liu made the remarks during a meeting with Singapore Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam in Beijing, noting the remarkable achievements in multi-field pragmatic cooperation between the two countries.

China and Singapore have maintained frequent high-level contacts, Liu said, adding China is willing to work with Singapore to push bilateral relations to a new level.

Singapore and China are in long-term friendly relations, Tharman said.

Tharman said Singapore is willing to strengthen cooperation with China in infrastructure and finance to promote economic prosperity in both countries.
