The country will expand the enrollment of postgraduate and degree top-up programs, and create more jobs for medical and social services among junior grades and strengthen support for micro and small enterprises to absorb more graduates.

The employers are also encouraged to postpone their interviews and admissions. They are encouraged to extend the time limit for this year's graduates to register and settle down, provide two-year household registration and file custody for the graduates who haven’t been employed and handle the employment procedures as the identity of the current graduates.

The employment of rural migrant workers will be enhanced by creating more job opportunities in their hometowns or places nearby and approving new projects, prioritizing a large number of posts for the poor labor force.
