As China's domestic COVID-19 outbreak continues to subside, China has been providing assistance to countries in urgent need within its capabilities, while continuing to make great efforts in domestic epidemic prevention and control, China's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Geng Shuang said Monday.

Geng said that for countries that have contributed to China's fight against the COVID-19, China will certainly repay their goodwill with greater kindness. For those friendly countries with a severe epidemic situation and lack of prevention and control materials, especially many developing countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America, as well as other regional organizations such as the African union, China will also try its best to support them.
