Chinese Ambassador to Ukraine Fan Xianrong said in an interview with CGTN the situation in Ukraine was "upsetting and frustrating." He called for an immediate ceasefire and all-out efforts to negotiate for favorable results. The ambassador stressed that China is making concrete efforts in alleviating the humanitarian crisis and has already delivered a batch of emergency aid to Ukraine, which has been disbursed. And a second batch of humanitarian aid worth ten million yuan ($1.57 million) will be provided to the country, he added.
