Chinese mainland reports 12 new confirmed COVID-19 cases

The Chinese mainland reported seven new confirmed COVID-19 cases on Saturday, all of which were imported cases, the National Health Commission said on Sunday.
Of new imported cases, six were detected in Shanghai, five in Guangdong and one in Ningxia. There were 275 active imported cases as of Friday, the commission said in its daily report.
No deaths related to the disease were reported, while 12 COVID-19 patients were discharged from hospitals.
The total number of confirmed cases on the Chinese mainland stood at 90,758 and the cumulative death toll was 4,636 as of Saturday.
