The Chinese mainland reported 14 new confirmed COVID-19 cases on Monday, all imported, the National Health Commission said on Tuesday.

Seven new imported cases were reported in Guangdong, two in Shanghai, and one each in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shandong and Sichuan, the National Health Commission said in its daily report.

A total of 84,027 cases have been discharged from hospitals after recovery while 1,057 remained hospitalized, including 18 in severe condition, the commission said, adding that no deaths related to the disease were reported on Monday.
