The Chinese mainland registered fifteen new COVID-19 cases on Friday, all of which were imported, the National Health Commission said on Saturday.

Also on Friday, 39 asymptomatic cases were reported on the mainland. And a total of 380 asymptomatic patients are under medical observation.

There were 206 active cases, including one in critical condition on Chinese mainland as of Friday. No deaths related to the disease were reported, while fifteen COVID-19 patients were discharged from hospitals.

The total number of confirmed cases on the Chinese mainland stands at 85,536 and the cumulative death toll is at 4,634.
