The Chinese mainland reported 19 new imported COVID-19 cases Monday, all of which were imported, the National Health Commission said on Tuesday.

Of the new imported cases, five each were reported in Shanghai and Guangdong, three in Sichuan, two in Tianjin, one each in Beijing, Jiangsu, Fujian and Chongqing, the commission said in its daily report.

No deaths had been reported from the imported cases.

The total number of confirmed cases on the Chinese mainland stands at 85,704 and the cumulative death toll is at 4,634.
