The Chinese mainland reported 190 new confirmed COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, including 124 domestically transmitted and 66 imported, the National Health Commission said in its daily report on Thursday.
Of the new local cases, 76 were reported in Henan, 41 in Tianjin, six in Shaanxi and one in Guangdong, the commission said.
Among the imported cases, 31 were reported in Shanghai, 17 in Guangdong, six in Tianjin, five in Fujian, four in Zhejiang, two in Guangxi, and one in Beijing, the commission said in its daily report.
The total number of confirmed cases on the Chinese mainland stood at 104,379, with the death toll unchanged at 4,636.
