Chinese mainland reports 4 new confirmed COVID-19 cases, 35 new asymptomatic cases

BEIJING, May 22 (Xinhua) -- Chinese health authority said Friday that it received reports of four new confirmed COVID-19 cases on the Chinese mainland Thursday, of which two were imported and reported in Sichuan Province.

The other two cases were domestically transmitted in Jilin Province, the National Health Commission said in its daily report.

No deaths related to the disease were reported Thursday, according to the commission.
