Chinese health authorities said Sunday that it received reports of seven new confirmed COVID-19 cases on the Chinese mainland on Saturday, all of which were imported.

No new asymptomatic COVID-19 cases or death cases were reported on the mainland. 

As of Saturday, the mainland had reported a total of 1,971 imported cases. Of the cases, 1,893 had been discharged from hospitals after recovery, said the commission.
