Chinese mainland reports 7 new confirmed COVID-19 cases, all imported

The Chinese mainland recorded 7 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, all from overseas, data from the National Health Commission (NHC) showed on Wednesday.

No new deaths related to COVID-19 were reported on Tuesday, the NHC said.

10 new asymptomatic cases were recorded, while 323 asymptomatic patients are under medical observation.

The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases on the Chinese mainland stands at 90,721, with the death toll unchanged at 4,636.
