Chinese mainland reported 75 new confirmed COVID-19 cases on Saturday, including 53 domestically transmitted and 22 imported, the National Health Commission said Sunday.
Of the locally transmitted cases, 30 were reported in Jiangsu, 12 in Henan, four in Hunan, three in Yunnan and one each in Fujian, Shandong, Hubei and Ningxia, the commission said in its daily report.
There were 1,022 active cases on Chinese mainland as of Saturday. No deaths related to the disease were reported, while 24 COVID-19 patients were discharged from hospitals.
The total number of confirmed cases on the Chinese mainland stood at 93,005 and the cumulative death toll was 4,636 as of Saturday.
