Education reform, Healthy China, government service with "internet plus" model, income distribution, poverty alleviation, housing system and environment protection are ranked fourth to tenth in the list of 18 topics in total, the survey showed.

Anti-corruption has topped the list eight times in the past 17 years in the annual survey. The survey results showed that Chinese society pay a lot of attention to anti-graft measures including establishing supervisory commissions at the national, provincial, city and county levels, addressing "four forms of decadence" - formalism, bureaucratism, hedonism and extravagance, and cracking down on both "tigers" and "flies" - high-ranking leaders and lowly bureaucrats.

More than 4 million Chinese netizens participated in the survey, as of February 27 at 5 pm.
