Chinese Premier Li Keqiang will hold a video meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Thursday, according to the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Hua Chunying, spokesperson for the ministry, made the announcement at a regular press conference on Wednesday.

The two sides will discuss China-Germany ties, China-Europe ties and global cooperation on COVID-19 prevention, Hua said.
